Relationship between feet and poor physical condition
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FOOT DEFORMATIONS AND PAIN OF UNKNOWN CAUSES
When you have Bunions, Ungrounded Toes or Flatfoot…
1.First, the gravity point shifts towards the heel, increasing the balance gap between the left and right foot. To compensate, dynamic imbalances occur in the upper body (for example, knee, hip, lower back and neck)
→Distortion of the body
2.Second, while walking, shock waves and torsion waves are transmitted from the heel towards the imbalanced body part, cumulating over time.
→Deformation or a collapse of bones
3. Finally, this repetition results in knee, back and neck pain, and as with whiplash, autonomic imbalance and depression.
→Poor walking and decreased metabolism
Now let’s take a look at such examples.
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SOLE IMBALANCE AND AUTONOMIC IMBALANCE
The imbalance of the sole damages the cervical (neck) vertebrae in the following 5 ways. Damaging the cervical vertebrae causes malfunctions in the autonomic nerve system triggering depression, panic attacks, and other illnesses due to the system lying in the connecting sections of the cervical vertebrae and skull.
1.Because the connecting section of the skull and the first cervical vertebrae is located at the top of spine, it is the place that corrects sole deformations.
2.Because the joints in the skull and cervical vertebrae can rotate 360 degrees, they adjust to the imbalances in the sole.
3.Because we tend to control our balance at a higher position such as in the eyes and brain, the cervical vertebrae is easily strained.
4.By the change of our life style over the past 65 years, decreasing labor work, the muscles in our neck and shoulders have become weaker and not strong enough to support our heads.
5.Due to life style changes, we work longer hours and obtain less sleep. Holding our posture vertically for longer periods of time causes strain to the cervical vertebrae.
Thus, ungrounded toes and neck deformations cause an imbalance in the autonomic nerve system as well as cause depression and panic attacks.
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SOLE IMBALANCE AND ILLNESS
As explained earlier, imbalance of the sole damages the connecting section of the skull and cervical vertebrae, which causes the malfunction of the autonomic nervous system. The malfunctioning of the autonomic nervous system causes imbalances of various hormones, affects the function of internal organs, and results in illness.
According to Japanese research:
● 80% of female adults have some sort of imbalance of the sole, such as bunions and/or ungrounded toes and flatfeet.
● This is recently rapidly spreading among young children (6-12 years old) and male adults.
In conclusion, the negative effects of sole imbalance can be seen equally among children and adults, both male and female. Until now, the important relationship between our health and the sole has not been recognized enough in the society.

Below are three examples of ungrounded toe:
Examples of body structure deformations caused by sole imbalance.
UNGROUNDED TOES ARE BECOMING MORE COMMON THAN BUNIONS
Bunions are well known, while little is known about Ungrounded Toes. It is abnormal when the first toe bends inward like seen with a Bunion. It is also abnormal when the first toe bends excessively upward toward the top of the foot shown with Ungrounded Toe.
When the first toe bends inward more than 15 degrees it is defined as a Bunion. However, there is no definition for Ungrounded Toe. When the first toe bends upward more than 90 degrees it is abnormal. Therefore, this should be the definition of Ungrounded Toe. Ungrounded Toe is the cause of increased sport injuries, joint deformations, and stress sprains. Having Ungrounded Toe may make a difference in developing such disorders.
According to the research conducted in seven countries in which people walk barefooted, the upward degree of the first toe is about 45 degrees for males and about 75 degrees for females.
THREE CAUSES OF SOLE IMBALANCE
A NEW ERA HAS ARRIVED: THE SOLE IDENTIFIES THE CAUSE OF PAIN AND MALFUNCTION AND ALLOWS FOR PREVENTION
This is a theory for balancing the body starting from the sole.
Like a building, we rebuild a strong foundation if the building starts to tilt. Again, like in the theory of blocks, if the block in the first row tilts, then the blocks above it will tilt in the opposite direction to maintain their balance. If the blocks in the first row are sturdy, many blocks can be placed above them, vertically.
As for human beings, the soles are the foundation to our body. If they are unstable because of disorders such as bunions or ungrounded toes, our upper body instinctively tries to balance and body deformations occur. As a result, we develop various illnesses such as chronic pain of the feet, knees and back, autonomic imbalance, depression, and panic attacks.
On the other hand, if the soles become stable, our bodies become increasingly balanced. This contributes to the correction of posture as well as revitalizing metabolism and motor skills, increasing one’s natural immune system, as well as increasing over all health.
Thus, balancing our bodies from the foot became vital for our health, beauty, and preventive medicine as the society and life style changed.
In the countries where people walk barefoot there are very few who suffer from chronic diseases, autonomic imbalance (depression, panic attack), and life style diseases, and suicide. They can even pile things on their heads because the foundation is sturdy. This confirms us how important it is for us to correct the balance from the sole, the foundation of human body. Now let’s take a look at the photos of the feet in barefoot countries.
